He was squat and paunchy, outwardly resembling on monstrous toad.
The body was covered with imitation of short hairs.

Hail! Lord of N'kai is stronghold of might...
Hail! Toad-form god in subterranean vault...
Hail! Mystic cult with tremendous altars...
Hail! Childs of Yig who betray and worship...

He will not rise from place, even in terrible hunger,
But will wait for sacrifice because of his divine laziness.

Hail! Hatred life of timeless exile...
Hail! Voormis race in tunnels of maze...
Hail! Formless spawn is constantly grown...
Hail! Wisdom of ages was borned by rage...

His will is formless spawn - polymorphic entities made of black ichor.
It inhabit temples of the Father, not allowing unbelievers to desecrate the Shrines.
